UPDATES LISTED BELOW: Quiet Neighborhood, on the outskirts of Town. Farmland Borders the Neighborhood, with new Homes being built nearby. Definately a family neighborhood, with hundred of children throughout. Columbus City Services, Patrolled by CPD, and the Sheriff's department. Time Warner Cable, WOW, Both DishNetwork, and ATT available. High speed Internet via Broadband, and High Speed DSL service as well. Not much crime in the area, many people walk dogs at night, and days are filled with kids playing in yards, riding bikes. Nice Intermediate working Class neighborhood. Very few rental houses. UPDATE: All flooring has been updated to neutral colors and all of up stairs is a oak wood laminate. New insulated garage door, brick around garage.Just about everything in home has been well maintained or updated. Owners moved out of state due to jobs. Renters are in the home. A purchase price can be negotiated. 

What I love about the home

The neighbors. Both sides are great neighbors, that love to help out, and look out for each others property. Large Deck and Gazebo for entertaining. Large partially finished basement. High School is Central Crossing High school, not Westland
