If you are even considering a home at the top of East Hill Road in Homer, you must know that it is THE "location" in which to live in Homer!!!! I don't understand how many have called me and want to know how much lower I will go. Well, not much. What part of comparables don't potential buyers understand? The property is 1.2 acres of PRIME VIEW property. I have made the best upgrades possible. If you want a home up on that hill, just try and start from scratch - buy the property (which nowadays starts around $100K) and make the upgrades I've made (all high-dollar) and see if you can build a place for under $200K.
