My Notes

Location location location.....This specious, private and quite two bedroom and 2 bath unit is conveniently located near PCC, Caltech and south Lake shops and restaurants. Bedrooms are large with lots of closets and storage areas. Bathrooms have double sinks. The large living room and one of the bedrooms open to the large patio/balcony with sliding doors. The patio has beautiful Spanish tiles flooring and a fan to keep you cool in summer. Other features include Corian kitchen counters, microwave, oven, cook top, dishwasher, refrigerator, air condition, fresh paint, wood design/pattern floor covering and easy access to the complex laundry rooms. The unit has two subterranean parking spaces conveniently accessible from inside the building and with use of the elevator. This is a great unit in a well kept secure building.
