This is a modern, large, single floor, upscale low-rise condominium with 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, a gas fireplace, and a modern kitchen with new appliances. The building has controlled access, video surveillance, pool, Jacuzzi, an event room, dedicated gated parking, and a gym. Easy access to Light Rail, buses, and Caltrain. 15 minutes via Light Rail to the airport. The new public library and San Jose State University are across the street. Walking distance to The San Jose Repertory, Camera Cinema, The Improv Comedy Club, Post Office, Fedex, Safeway, Starbucks, Walgreens, Christmas in the Park, several clubs/bars, San Jose Jazz Festival, Farmer's Markets, California Theater, McDonald's, Ben and Jerry's, several pizza parlors, and San Jose on Ice Skating Rink. Walk or ride VTA to HP Pavilion for sports or concerts; 2 minutes to 280/680. If you like culture and entertainment, downtown is where you should be. 
What I love about the home
Comfortable open floor plan, spacious rooms, secure living, and walking distance to a great variety of downtown San Jose entertainment (Walk Score 100!!!), including movies, theaters, clubs, parks, and HP Pavilion. Easy access to Light Rail, buses, Caltrain, 880, 101, and 680/280. Much bigger than comparable condos downtown; HOA dues are much less.
