This one level home features hardwood floors, a large kitchen with a pass-thru and a spacious living room/dining area with windows on two sides. The bathroom features a pedestal sink and stall shower. The well sized bedroom also features wood flooring. This home comes with a washer/dryer, and, best of all, a parking space in the private garage underneath the complex. The well cared for courtyard community has a swimming pool as well. There is an on-site management office. Great location convenient to Headhouse Square, three Ritz Theaters, and all of the restaurants and stores in Old City and Society Hill.
