This house is an ideal location for a home or business (commercial/residential zoning). It?s one block south of UCSD Medical Center in Hillcrest and three blocks west of Scripps Mercy Hospital. This house can be used for a doctor or medical office. This house was completely rebuilt from the ground up from 2004 to 2008. (All of the following was done during that time: new sewer system, new plumbing, new electrical, new tile in bathrooms, kitchen and living room, new carpeting in bedrooms, new insulation in all interior walls making the house sound proof. All windows were replaced with double paned windows, recess lighting throughout the house, hard wired smoke detectors, security system, 30 yr roof, and an electric attic vent, also a gas marble tiled fireplace, two complete full bathrooms with double sinks, new kitchen with lots of cabinet space and dishwasher. Accessory detached building (136 sq ft) is completely insulated with double paned sliding glass door and window and can be used as an office/laundry room.) Currently, the house has been recently completely painted on the inside with new carpeting. 

What I love about the home

This house is situated on the border of Mission Hills and Hillcrest. The location is ideal for anyone who works or needs to be near a medical facility due to the fact that you are surrounded by two major hospitals and medical facilities. The house is walking distance from many great restaurants and shops. Also the house is within 5 minutes driving distance from the following: downtown San Diego, the beaches, La Jolla, Mission and Fashion Valley shopping centers, the airport, San Diego Stadium and Sports Arena and Convention Center, and the San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, the Embarcadero and Seaport Village.
