Friends, Please do not look in the windows or knock on the door as I do have tenants living in the house currently. No I am not crazy nor is the $625k price tag a miss-print. East Nashville home values are rapidly increasing as the unprotected homes are torn down and replica houses are put up. The original homes that are left will appreciate significantly as a result. As homes in this neighborhood go, they do not get much more original where you want it...and modern where you want it than this. The Carriage House will seal the deal as it is the best modern garage/home office structure in the neighborhood. Inventory of this age home, in this condition, with a macked out detached structure in East Nashville is nil. So supply and demand. I suspect the home will not currently appraise for the sales price, but as I am not a motivated seller the buyer may have to bring cash to the table. I welcome agents and gladly will give the standard 3% hook-up; cuz no one should work for free. One clarification that this program does not accomodate....The main house is approx. 2200 square feet and the Carriage House 2nd level is approx. 700 square Ft...... Now on with the fluff! Families with kids, small business owners needing an at home office, Vanderbilt professionals, musicians needing a studio, or anyone wanting modern living in Historic surroundings will want to snap up this functional and maintained living space in hip East Nashville.
