This house has been renovated from the floor to the roof in 2010-2012. Brand new roof (2010; 15 yrs warranty), water heater (2011), newer AC and Heater. Floors are laminate in all of the rooms, except for the kitchen, bathrooms and the laundry room, where they are beautifully tiled. New Kitchen has 12 by 12 ceramic tile floor, modern kitchen cabinets, Mosaic glass tile back splash and stainless steel appliances. Also has a custom made bar nook, which separates the kitchen from the rec room next to it. This room is also tiled and the walls are covered with wood laminate sheets.
There is a separate Laundry Room on the 1st floor near the Dining room. It has a ceramic tile floor and features a nice custom built storage area.
All 3 bathrooms are beautifully remodeled. Master bathroom and 2nd floor hall bathroom both have tiled floors and walls and new vanities/toilets/fixtures. Master bathroom was custom built by professionals and is almost finished, except for the mirror and shower doors. The 1st floor half bath also features a tiled floor and new toilet/vanity/mirror/fixture.
There is a big living room and a separate dining area on the first floor and 3 bedrooms are upstairs. All walls and ceilings in this house have been spackled/repainted in 2012 (some have new sheetrock). These rooms in this house are of a good size, especially the Master suite, which is huge. Master bedroom features a big closet, ceiling lights (with a dimmer switch), attached bathroom and a small nook area with a separate light for reading, etc.
The hallway upstairs was professionally widened and the walls were painted with beautiful (lime in color) sand paint. The stairs were replaced with brand new oak steps and covered with lacquer.
*******NEW: All floors (including plywood underneath the laminate), all doors, frames and handles (including closet doors), the roof (including insulation and plywood in the attic), stairs, window sills and some windows, all new outlets, air vents, lamp fixtures, vanities, mirrors, etc.
The walls and ceilings on the first floor were professionally spackled throughout to create a continuous smooth texture.
There is a small, but privately fenced backyard that could be remodeled or used as is. There is enough space to BBQ/entertain guests.
If you are looking for a home, where you won't have to do any major remodel, this house is for you. I cannot stress enough that mostly EVERYTHING was rebuilt in it.
