Description
This is an unusual A-frame style cedar sided home on 5 acres with 5 more acres available next door. It was built by Viceroy Homes. It's similar to some of Lindal Cedar Homes' designs.
We also have a detached a guest house with lovely interior plus kitchenette and bath. This building is "stick built", not prefab.
There is a third outbuilding that was built as a studio with large windows looking out at the meadow in front of the home.
We also own the adjoining 5 acres to the East and offer this parcel for sale at a discount if you buy both the house and the 2nd 5 acre lot.

What I love about the home
Total privacy. Miles of logging trails. Great hiking from our back door. Thurston County bike trail system close by. Park like setting with trees all around. Standby generator, propane heating and our own water system. Detached guest house with bathroom and kitchenette. Cedar sided studio building in addition to the guest house.
