The only 5 bedroom home in Harrison Pond (when you include the finished lower level with full bath). This is a contemporary home with an open floor plan and good feng shui for those who appreciate those things. Walk in the front door and see right thru the house to the wooded yard. New appliances and granite counters, relatively new roof. With finished lower level 3,900 sq ft of living space. Brand new carpeting being installed throughout the house in February 2012.
Neighborhood Description
Seven landscaped entrances to the neighborhood are all well-kept, as are the common areas (ponds), neighborhood pool and playground which is a short 5-minute walk. Curving roads and tree-lined streets make for an inviting neighborhood. 540 homes in Harrison Pond keep the homeowner association dues down: only about $400 a year that covers the upkeep for the landscaping, pool and ponds. There's also a city park (Headley) tucked into the neighborhood that has 12 soccer fields, a softball field and playground. (It's also a great place to teach your teenager how to drive!) It's a 20-minute ride to downtown, 10-minute to airport and Easton Town Center (luxury outdoor shopping entertainment area).
 

What I love about the home

The yard is what truly makes this home one-of-a-kind. There's a deck, brick patio, stone walkways, lush landscaping, fish pond built right into the patio and a private area to sit and watch the sunset. Plus a hammock on thee edge of the woods for private time. A pine tree wooded area behind the home, with a private path to the neighborhood pond is spectacular. If you're a dog owner, this is an incredible place to have pets with direct access to walking paths around the pond.
