Market guide

Zillow predicts Shepherd Park home values will increase 1% next year, compared to a 1.6% rise for Washington as a whole. Among Shepherd Park homes, this home is valued 15.8% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 42.7% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Shepherd Park, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 40.8% lower than in Washington, and 51.5% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Shepherd Park home values rise more quickly than other regions in Washington.
