Convenient Santa Clara location near the Sunnyvale border (at the southwest corner of the intersection of El Camino Real / 82 and Lawrence Express)
Four large-size Bedrooms are on the second floor. One of them with higher slop ceiling can be used as either family room or study room.
Two-car garage, living room and kitchen are on the first floor.
Newly remodeled all 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room (w/d included in the second floor), recessing lighting and hardwood floors on both stories. Used Benjamin Moore Natura paint (greener and safer).
Large master room with balcony access
Good school district: Laurelwood Elementary (API 933) and Peterson Middle (API 877)
Close to employment (near Apple new headquarter and other companies), shops, restaurant, highway, Kaiser Permanente and public transit.
The community features a swimming pool and clubhouse.
