Wonderful Eureka Neighborhood.
It's been 4 years since this home has been available.
Since the last move out, we have fully upgraded the kitchen, with a new dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator and countertops. Completely repainted on the inside, it is warm and clean with hardwood floors and forced air gas heating. The ceiling has blown in insulation for low utility bills.
The bathrooms have been completely updated.
There is a large attached, one car garage with laundry hookups. The front yard is beautifully landscaped and practically maintenance free.
It has easy off street parking.
The neighborhood, clean, quiet and safe.
A quiet dog and/or cat would be OK.
No smoking (of any kind), no 215.
The rent is $1350 and includes paid water and sewer - also garbage, recycling and yard service.
The security deposit is $1450 and $100 extra for your pet deposit if necessary.
Home is available now.
We are family owned and operated. There is no application fee.
