This lovely East Hill cottage was built in 1930 but updated inside and out from 2004-2008. New 200 amp wiring was installed in 2004, new central heating and air in 2005. New PEX plumbing was installed throughout the home in 2008. All new ThermaStar by Pella vinyl windows were installed in 2007. During these time frames all new lighting was installed. The walls are fully insulated and there is cellulose insulation in the attic. The kitchen was redone with Kraftsmaid cabinetry with pull out drawers and a commercial grade Thermadore gas stove/oven with heat lamps and warming racks along with Kitchen Aid stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and over-counter microwave. Granite from India is on the counter tops and there are Moen fixtures. The Heart Pine hardwood floors were refinished during this time as well. The bath has been updated with an era appropriate claw foot tub and vanity with solid surface counter top. This cozy cottage is painted in pleasing colors and has been lovingly maintained by the current owner. If you have ever wanted to inherit a garden this yard certainly meets that request. The quaint back patio is nestled among all kinds of lovely plants and beckons the owner to relax there. The backyard is fully fenced with privacy fencing. The three car 532 square foot detached garage has lighting and electrical and provides incredible storage that easy to access. Please see photos for other details.
