My Notes

Edit
Spectacular Winter Park Chain-of-Lakes Pool Home. Step inside to experience the true grandeur of this home ~ the first view from the foyer is breath-taking with the 2-story formal living room showcasing expansive views of the pool, grounds and Lake Maitland. Originally built and designed by Randy Reyna in 1991, and renovated by Charles Clayton in 2004, this home has incredible living spaces. The spacious kitchen offers top-of-the-line appliances including a Meile 6-burner gas range, double ovens and two side-by-side integrated Subzeros and a breakfast room/secondary dining room with a custom bar with a 52-bottle wine fridge. The private master suite has a sitting area/office, a marble fireplace, a 20x16 walk-in closet and a luxurious bath suite. A bedroom is adjacent to the master suite, and can be a fitness room, office or nursery. The formal dining room and family room complete the first floor, and creates the perfect space for entertaining with floor-to-ceiling windows. The expansive covered lanai overlooks the grounds and the beautiful lake. The second floor has four bedroom en suites ~ three with access to the balcony that spans the width of the home. Extras include, but are not limited to: a great dock and boat house with hoist, a three-car garage with massive amounts of storage space, two laundry rooms (one on each floor), Lutron lighting and surround-sound speakers throughout the first floor and a state-of-the-art security system with video surveillance. Located in a premier Winter Park neighborhood, on a picturesque street ~ walking distance to fine dining and shopping on Winter Park's renowned Park Avenue.

What I love about the home

Located in a wonderful downtown Winter Park neighborhood surrounding Winter Park's Chain-of-Lakes, a chain including five lakes and providing 2,781 acres of boating, fishing, waterskiing, wake boarding and more! Downtown Winter Park has winding brick streets, a canopy of soaring Oak trees with hanging moss and many historical homes. Park Avenue is a picturesque brick street lined with quaint shops and fine dining. You will find people relaxing, having picnics and playing with their kids in Central Park which extends for two blocks of Park Avenue. The Saturday morning Farmer's Market is a wonderful place to buy locally grown produce, homemade goods and beautiful plants and flowers. Rollins College is a beautiful private school with a breath-taking campus and anchors the south end of Park Avenue. A neighborhood 9-hole public golf course winds through the residential area of downtown, and provides a gorgeous back drop while walking and biking through the city.
