Neighborhood Description
The Garden District's boundaries as defined by the City Planning Commission are St. Charles Ave to the north, 1st Street to the east, Magazine St to the south and Toledano St to the west.
 

What I love about the home

This house is located between two grocery stores, two pharmacies and a three block walk to Touro Hospital. It is also two miles to the French Quarter. With dozens of restaurants, bars and antique shops, the Garden District has plenty to offer. Thanks to a two block proximity to streetcars and buses, one does not need a car to live in this neighborhood. Twenty-four hours a day, our Garden District Security patrols the area. As of this writing, we are the only single family residence in the Garden District that is in move-in condition under $850,000.
