DRASTICALLY REDUCED! Home is priced below appraisal! Our home sits on the 14th hole of the golf course with a gorgeous view of the lake. It has 4 bdrms/3.5 bathrms-all bedrooms are on the 2nd level. The master's private bath a separate shower and vanity area. We have a newly remodeled kitchen with cherry cabinets and pull out shelving, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances with double ovens, and tile/wood flooring. The all weather sunporch addition has wood flooring and a gas fireplace with a dining area on one end. The living room area's sunken fireplace pit is very unique.The laundry room has great storage and is on the main floor. There is a large walk out basement with full bath. The basement has room for a possible 5th bedroom area. We have replaced the windows with energy efficient double and triple pane glass. There is a sprinkler system in the front yard. The roof is a newer 50 year Timberline and the heat pumps were replaced a little over a year ago. The home is freshly painted inside and out. This is a tremendous home for a family and for entertaining. It was the "SHOW" home for the subdivision and has a lot of extras!!! Agent/Owner

This is a well established neighborhood where many of the residents have resided for years, and they take pride in their homes and relationship with neighbors. It is conveniently located directly off of I-70 with close access to schools and shopping.
 

What I love about the home

We love our lakeside view, our ponds and waterfalls on our property, our glassed in sunporch overlooking all of these amenities, the sunken fireplace pit in the living rm, the marble floor in the entry hall,the remodeled kitchen with the pull out shelving, double ovens and granite counters, and the walkout basement with large screened porch.
