My Notes

Not a short sale or bank owned. This is an excellent home for sale by owner. I purchased this home in 2000 and added on 850 sqft in 2008. While not zoned for multi family, the addition makes a great mother in law area or second master bedroom. It has spacious areas for family activities, entertainment, or hobbies.
Outdoor there is a great sprinkling system front and back. It was rented for the past 4 years to a neighbor that needed to move but wanted to stay in the neighborhood (very common for this area, once you live here, you never want to leave). the backyard was prepared for a lawn but never put in as we moved away for school and the tenets didn't mind. During the addition process we asked for custom attic space which provides an amazing additional amount of storage which is easily accessed through the drop down ladder in the garage.
The home is a popular floor plan for the neighborhood, but has been renovated numerous times to make it unlike any of the others with vaulted ceilings, the extra master bedroom and living space. The kitchen was also completely renovated in January of 2013 to provide additional storage, counter space and an overall better layout that was now possible with the new floor plan.
This home is extremely near to Stapley Rd or Gilbert Road which gives fantastic freeway access and is a quick trip to the local malls, schools and universities. The grocery store and a few banks is only a half a mile away with many more destinations nearby.
This is a quiet home inside and out in a great neighborhood that is second to none as a place to raise a family, or kick back and enjoy retirement.

What I love about the home

Mirrors and vaulted ceilings. The neighborhood is packed with young children that play in the street and down the sidewalks, low traffic.
