Wow! 2 bedroom,2 bath condo in one of Clearwater's best kept secrets. One Kapok Terrace has it all; a small well-maintained community, with a dock on alligator creek, pool, lighted tennis courts, pool and clubhouse. This condo is the perfect home for someone who wants access to the best the area has to offer, beautiful beaches, countless bike trails, minutes from the airport, malls and cultural events in larger urban areas. The roof and A/C was replaced and the exterior painted a few years ago, so all the major components have been updated. Neat. clean and bright describe the interior and some of the top features,include; cathedral ceilings, french doors, and a tiled living/dining room combo with an adjoining kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and open out on to the sunny Florida room. The Florida room, has a built-in office desk and storage that allows this room to be multi-functional.
