What I love about the home

Located at the end of a 14 home cul-de-sac, it offers an open and safe place for children & pets to play out front and neighbors to gather, BBQ & gossip on special holidays or anytime. At the end of the cul-de-sac is an entrance to the local park and the 1-6 elementary school. It is within walking distance of the existing Del Mar Highlands neighborhood shopping center and just across the street from the to-be-built shopping center to be located across from the neighborhood's entrance. It's 3 miles to the University Town Center Shopping Mall to the south and 3 miles to the Del Mar beach to the west and 20 miles to the San Diego Airport.
