Full den with fireplace, bedroom and full bath downstairs. Corner lot with lots of beautiful fir, pine and oak and fruit trees.
Neighborhood Description
Tree filled neighborhood with no through traffic. Lots are large and well kept. Convenient to all shopping, Hwy 26 is easy access and 15 minutes to town.

What I love about the home

It is quiet - sleep with windows open. Living rooms face south. Afternoon light filtering into the back yard in the afternoon. Storage closets for the holiday items, cleaning supplies and a workbench in the garage. Great neighbors. Park nearby. Kids can ride to elementary school without crossing a busy road. High school is 4 blocks away. Hwy 26 and all shopping needs within 6 blks.
