Great neighborhood and location. Less than a mile to Route 128 and shopping. Lots of good size bedrooms. Cathedral ceilings and skylights in upstairs bath and master bedroom. Well insulated by the owner. The second floor was renovated in 1995 to accommodate a handicapped person and has an elevator, a wheelchair ramp from the sidewalk to the front door, and an upstairs roll-in shower stall. This house has major potential but needs a lot of work. A great deal for anyone looking for a true handyman special and willing to take on a renovation project.
