My Notes

This home requires extensive renovation and remodeling. Be aware there are small items and mess left from the last tenant still in the house that will soon be removed. Contact listing agent for instructions on accessing home.It is good candidate for a flip. Home is bungalow style with 8" natural oak trim in front rooms and painted (gasp) 8" oak in some of the other rooms; strip the paint and expose wonderful oak wood. Oak hardwood in several rooms. Covered front porch to enjoy the outdoors. It is not a home to show someone who is expecting to readily move in. Very nice layout beginning with the spacious living room and flowing through natural oak 15 lite double doors into a large dining room connecting to a large kitchen. Priced to allow for substantial renovation and still end up with a good home at a good finished price.  More Less
