My Notes

The zestimate on my home is very, very low. I have no idea how they come up with the number but the market value, done recently is approx. high $800K to low $900K. The home is in pristine condition, recently renovated kitchen and both baths. The garage is a 2 story, 2 car garage with woodshop/office room on the lower level and a studio space upstairs. Mountain Ave is THE street that everyone wants to live on in FC, too!
Neighborhood Description
I adore my neighborhood. This is Mayberry. Everyone is friendly, it's safe, it's beautiful. You can walk 13 blocks to Old Town FC or ride your bike. It's one short block to City Park. There are special events on Mountain Ave. The original trolley runs down the median from May through Sept on Saturdays and Sundays and is so charming. This IS the best neighborhood and one of the most desirable to live in in FC. 

What I love about the home

I have a fully functional, amazing art studio in the upstairs of the garage that has a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. There is also a finished room off the garage downstairs that could be converted in any number of things. My house is a showcase and only quality appliances, flooring, lighting, etc. have been used.
