My Notes

Hi Everyone, My roommate is moving to New York and so we're looking for someone to move in. I'm a very clean, working professional in finance who is at the office a good amount. Similarly, my girlfriend also will live in the apartment but you'll have your own bathroom as will we. We both graduated from good schools and are sociable people especially on the weekends. I rarely cook and try to generally limit the use of the apartment in terms of making a mess. We both like to drink and go out and will at times have friends over. Attached are pictures of the living room and your bathroom / bedroom. The room will be cleared out but hopefully it'll give you a sense of the state of things and what you can fit in the room. The doorman apartment building itself is well kept with at times strict but dependable security and management. There is street parking as well as parking garages in the area. We're looking for someone who is similarly a working professional, cleans up after themselves, quiet during the week days and is comfortable living with a couple. Move in date is a bit up in the air but will likely be July 1st. Two months of deposit required. Your share of wifi, Comcast and PG&E would be $50.  More Less
