Short Sale.This wonderful home has been beautifully updated with terrific EXOTIC woodwork. The picket fence that was hand hewn and is held together with stainless steel screws leads to the totally AMAZING handcrafted front door which is the hint of the things toto come inside. The floor plan is WIDE OPEN with a wonderful living area, beautiful kitchen with inlaid wood counters, newer appliances and an island that the sellers have moved into the dinette area. The seller handcrafted solid oak plate (or collectibles or what have yous) shelves around the living area. Double glazed French Doors open to a nice screened lanai and large yard. There is a very large Storage shed on a concrete pad. The Garage Space does not have a garage door, and is currently being used as a wood workshop. The Master Bedroom is quite large. It has a large walk in closet that is organized. There is a soaking tub that could be walled off and made a part of the Master Bath. Seller crafted an amazing wood sink and inlaid vanity counter top. The Medicine Cabinet is so very cool... you can open it to the matching one in the hall. There is a very large den that could be a 3rd bedroom. The laundry room is spacious and has a freezer that will convey in addition to the washer and dryer.The A/C was totally replaced including the duct work this year.
