Best location in The village on park row circle! Historic craftsman restored in 2003 with mills act in place. Overlooks the grassy lawn of park row circle with superb views of the ocean, park, and village from 2nd story deck. Why pay taxes on a $3 million property when less than $6,000 per year will do. Oozy southern charm with inviting interiors and modern conveniences. Delightful outdoor gardens and fireplace. Excellent value for the best part of the village.
