Here we have a very remarkable and Beautiful Colonial style home situated in prime Whittier location; this home is located on the Northwest corner of Beverly Blvd. and Haviland Avenue. Front door faces Beverly (South) with access to the two garage and rear yard off of Haviland Avenue, (this portion of Haviland Avenue has low traffic, feels more like a private driveway for the a handful of homes above). The interior and exterior of the home appears to be in good overall condition, however will need some T.L.C. Nice large basement with plenty of extra storage space, possible living space, access from inside near staircase, the basement also has a private entrance on the East side of the house. Nice large lot with fruit trees and nice landscaping. Per title: this home has approximately 3166 square feet with a lot size of 9,357 and was originally built in 1935, however was renovated with upgrades after the 1987 Whittier Narrows Earthquake, (owner carried Earthquake Insurance).
