ABOUT THE BASEMENT APARTMENT IN SHARED HOUSE: Very beautiful finished basement available. Basement is furnished, clean and well cared for. First bedroom is furnished with queen bed, dresser, nightstand and lamp. Second bedroom will be furnished for office with leather futon couch, desk and chair. Bathroom includes tiled shower and 2 cabinets.Family room is very large room with entertainment system, couch, chair and bar seating. The mini-kitchen includes sink, small refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. We will share the washer and dryer in the utility room. A 2-car garage is provided for use with car access in alley with door to back yard. The house entrance will be on the side of house along driveway, where this provides access to basement and upstairs kitchen.We will share the upstairs kitchen, which includes a Tourette seating area. The upstairs dining and living rooms are open for occasional use, possibly more.Included in the rent in addition to what is listed above includes all utilities, Netflix and high speed Internet. GREAT LOCATION:Provides easy access to freeways ( (25, 6, 70, 36). Sloans lake and lightrail stops are less than 5 blocks from house. Another park option less than 2 blocks. 10 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to 25 freeway. THE RIGHT FIT:I'm looking for a professional that is looking for temporary or short term rentals. A minimum of 1 month and max of 6-month lease could work well, with month to month to follow. The rental can work great for an individual or couple. If a couple moves in, the rent will go up $100 to cover utilities. Rental available June 15th. May be available first of the month if you don't need the garage till the 15th. Mention this if you would like to discuss. Open to discussing pets.
