My Notes

Edit
Fantastically updated mid century split level home. Shillington is well known for it?s quaint and friendly neighborhoods. This one is no exception. Features include an upgraded kitchen wrapped around the original maple wood cabinetry. Hardwood flooring flows through the home into the open dining room, large living room, up the oak stairwell and into the hallway and bedrooms. The dining room has large glass patio doors leading to the rear concrete patio and large level rear yard. The living room has an impressive bay window. The eat-in kitchen has newer appliances with original built-in wall oven that works great. There are some ceiling fans throughout the home and in bedrooms. The family room has berber carpet, brick wood burning fireplace, real maple wood walls consistent with the homes mid century style and a remodeled powder room. There is a walk-up attic with roughed-in plumbing that would make a great 4th bedroom & bath. The oversized one-car garage has an insulated door & opener. The laundry is in the basement area along with a full shower. There is a unique curved railing on the front walk and porch area and the home is neatly landscaped. This home has been pre-inspected and is ready for quick possession.  More Less
