PRICE REDUCED to $134,500 if you close by the end of the year. Price will be increased in 2015. Nothing to do to this condo. It was one of the original developer models, so it has all of the best upgrades. It has been freshly painted and there is new carpet in the bedrooms. You don't want to miss this special unit.
