One of the original Davis Island Mediterranean homes! It has 4 to 5 bedrooms (depending on use), 4 ? baths and hardwood oak floors. Designed by Thomas Lamb and cabinets throughout are all Olde World Cabinetry. The formal living and dining rooms are off the entry(please see detailed attachment). The touch of Mediterranean is carried through newer parts of the home and flows into the oversized 25'x25' kitchen and 32'x25' family room with 2 eating areas. The family room/kitchen opens to one another, with French doors to the outside pool.
