Waterfront Condo in exclusive Snell Isle with a breathtaking view of the water as you walk thru the front door. The open floor plan leads to a balcony overlooking the pool and sun deck. The newer kitchen has nice cabinets and brushed nickle faucet and pulls. Both bathrooms have been completely redone. The large master bedroom has two walk in closets and four built in storage bins. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit and extra storage on the first floor. Amenities include a pool, a community dock, fishing pier, kayak storage, large lobby and community room off the pool deck. Cell phone companies lease space on the roof and the revenue has been used to fund major capital improvements including a new roof, new pool deck and new elevators. Future planned improvements include painting the exterior, repaving the parking lot and extensive work on interior plumbing.  More Less
