What I love about the home

its beautiful Victorian from the outside and at the same time new foundation/ structure . most buildings in the city if they are new, they don't look like a historic building like this one. if they do look historic then they are very old and cold.. this one was built new from foundation up in 2007...the city mandated the historic architecture be preserved and so the fa├žade was put back on after the new building was built. In addition to this being a beautiful place to live this is also a GREAT INVESTMENT...currently leased for $5800 a month
