Located mid-peninsula, in the Del Mar neighborhood this five bedroom, two and one half bath home is perfectly located to get to town and ferry to San Francisco yet also close to the Old Rail Trail path, Paradise Drive, Tiburon Open Space trails, and freeways. The elegant, casual, stylish and extremely comfortable home offers sweeping views of mountains and water, a shimmering pool and private patio, and meandering gardens filled with delicious fruit trees. What I love about the home

Very quiet location, great views towards Mt Tam and Sausalito and a glimpse of the Golden Gate Bridge, often with spectacular sunsets. Open plan design with very large kitchen and living room. Gas fireplaces in lounge, kitchen and main bed-room. Lots of light from numerous double doors and windows . Lower level media and games room. Mud room next to garage for storage. Easy access to the pool (solar heated) and to the easy to maintain fenced, garden, which surrounds the whole house on a corner lot. Many fruit trees - peaches, plums, apricots, apples, pears, figs, lemons and limes. Shuttle bus (219) stops on request outside the house for easy access to Tiburon / San Francisco commuter ferries. Excellent local schools, shops and restaurants. Hiking on the open spaces, including Ring Mountain close by. Easy access to both San Francisco and Oakland airports - both about 50 minutes away.
