Neighborhood Description
A more upscale part of town, as all homes built in area are no older than ~1990. No flood danger. Quiet - no freeway noise. Quick 2 miles to I-80, the largest outlet store mall on the west coast, and the revamped historic Nut Tree complex. Vacaville is the 3rd safest city in CA. Area is home to many in law enforcement who keep their patrol cars parked out front as a nice visual crime deterrent. Top 16% of all public school districts nationwide. Great business environment, close to the "billion dollar triangle" of I-505 and I-80 with Genentech, Alza, and Kaiser. People tend to live here for decades as they love the town so much. What I love about the home

Upscale neighborhood. Corner with privacy wall and gated entrance leading to open courtyard. 2641 sq. ft. = largest home plan in subdivision. Low maintenance - all ground cover; no grass to mow! Half mile to Browns Valley Elementary, a CA Distinguished School.
