Beautiful views from this 2 bed, 2 bath OCEAN FRONT corner condo, completely furnished! Short distance for shopping, restaurants, and fun! Take your front and center seat for the annual 4th of July fireworks, in the top 5 displays in the nation! Separate Utility Room, very close to unit. Home opens up to large lawn area facing Twin Rocks and beach. Facing West with a beautiful manicured lawn for beautiful sunsets.
Neighborhood Description
Rockaway Beach is a bustling beach community with local home and business owners taking great pride in the community. Rockaway Beach is only 90 minutes to Portland and I-5. The town is super cute with great restaurants, vintage and antique stores and hosts many community celebrations with the best being the 4th of July (recently rated in Coastal magazine in the top 3 in the United States). 

What I love about the home

Enjoy one of the top 3 4th of July celebrations (rated in Coastal Magazine, 2010) in the United States, with a front row seat to the Fireworks and parade. A unique feature of our beach, is that it is a non-drive beach, so the views are unspoiled, and it is quiet. This is the one of the only condominium projects on the Oregon Coast that has high reserves and low monthly dues. There are only 16 units. Our home is steps from excellent food, antique shops and only 90 minutes from Portland. Cable, trash and exterior maintenance covered in monthly HOA dues.

This unit is an Ocean Front Condominium - 60 ft from the waves. Bottom floor corner opening to a wonderful view of Twin Rocks, Sand Dunes. Recently updated with full size appliances and slab granite countertops. This community is not rented out nightly.
