Neighborhood Description
You can rent a boat for the day across the street at the Sailing Center or take a walk in Sand Key Park. There are bike trails throughout the park and on the street all the way up to the Pinellas Trail. The Coast Guard is on Sand Key and you can watch them come in/out during drills. The neighborhood is nestled between Clearwater Beach and Belleair Beach with easy access to Gulf to Bay Blvd or East Bay Blvd. The Tampa International airport is only 30 min away. There are 2 private and 2 municipal golf courses within a 15 minute drive. Maintaining a boat in a nearby marina or renting one is easy.
 

What I love about the home

This neighborhood is a quiet retreat away from the busy beaches of Clearwater - yet 5-10 minutes from the areas finest restaurants. The Penthouse is large enough so that everyone has their own space and a kitchen large enough to meet in the middle.
