Not some boring colonial. This house has an epic master bedroom (800sq ft) the same size as the living room. The master bedroom has a vaulted cathedral ceiling, 4 closets, including a walk-in and a private master bathroom with separate sinks, bathtub, and skylight. Tons of storage space - we modified both attics (this house has 2 attics!) to allow you to store your stuff. The steep roof makes the attic high enough to stand up in. The upstairs bedrooms have plenty of windows.
Our neighbors are perfect. You must be nice and get along with our neighbors.
Cul-de-sac has no through traffic and only 5 houses on it!
Absolutely no smokers - we have taken excellent care of this house and kept it allergy free.
This unique contemporary home is located in
the gorgeous and quiet Brandermill community.
It is minutes from Rt. 288 and the Powhite
Parkway, in a top notch school district, great
shopping and restaurants, not to mention the
Boat House restaurant. This Winterberry Ridge
house sits on a quiet street near the water
and golf course! Take a short stroll to the boat
dock down the beautiful walking path that
nestles up to the lake (great place to walk a

What I love about the home

Vaulted ceilings, modern design, custom architecture. Built in excess of code, 2x8 and 2x10s where only 2x4 or 2x6 are required. Extremely rare miniature redwood tree in front yard.
