What I love about the home

You will enjoy waking up every morning looking out over the lake and watching the sun rise as the sailboats, barges and float planes go by. You will feel like you are in an urban treehouse with a view! This house makes entertaining easy with the open floor plan. There is such a flow to it that lends to some fabulous events. Your guests will never want to leave! The rooftop deck is a favorite spot to enjoy the sun and take in the gorgeous view of Lake Washington. Downtown Seattle and U-Village are so close and yet, when you drive into the Cedar Park neighborhood, you feel like you are starting your vacation. The neighborhood is peaceful, but it is expected that you will share this environment with your friends and family. A favorite time of year is when the Christmas Ship Festival sails on the lake right in front of the house. You can sit back in the living room or brave the cold on the rooftop and watch all of the festive boats go by. If you are ready for some adventure, the Burke Gilman Trail is one block down the hill. This is a special house that has many more fun times in store.
