This well maintained home is on a quiet street and is much bigger than it appears from the street. A two car garage and double wide driveway has plenty of parking room for a growing family or for guests. The covered front porch offer a nice place to sit on summer evenings and chat with neighbors as they walk their children and or dogs in this friendly neighborhood. The living room has a stone wood burning fireplace with a raised hearth. The open eat-in kitchen has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light coming in through the Flordia room which is accessable from the kitchen. Opening off of the kitchen is a carpeted dining/family room that has an opening skylight and sliding doors for the other access to the Flordia room. The Flordia room is 38' by 10' with large opening windows all the way around and 3 ceiling/light fans so you can enjoy your summer evenings pest free. It has two exterior doors with one leading to the fenced back yard and the other leading to a wooden deck along side of the house making a good play area for kids or a place for a doghouse. A third door leads to the hot-tub surrounded by a privacy fence with wood decking all the way around. Back inside all three bedrooms have hardwood floors, the living room and hall also have hardwood floors but are covered by new carpet. The master bedroom has a half bath with access to the kitchen and an opening skylight. The full bath is off the hall and both baths have had recent updates. There are two coat closets located on the hall as well as a large linen closet. Half of the lower level is finished and has a second wood burning fireplace and a wide bar and a back counter with plenty of storage and room for a fridge. Just down the hall is a convenient second half bath for when you are entertaining or just relaxing saving you from running upstairs. There is a large laundry/play room with a washer and dryer, a work room with cabinets and a storage area with shelves sixteen feet long. There have been many updates done to this home, the roof was just installed in Sept of 2013, new carpet in July of 2012 and has a newer 90% efficient furnace. All rooms in the lower level are seperated by louvered wooden doors. A sump pump has been installed with new drain tile under the basement floor and new PVC drains to the street, this is what has keep the block walls straight and true. The garage has pull-down stairs offering access to plenty of storage in the lighted attic.
