If you like clean and sleek then this is the place for you. The owner has spared no expense on this highly upgraded, green home. This home features a 3.6kw/DC solar system. When you over-produce electricity, the electric company pays you (per kw). Imagine having little to no electric bill or even a reimbursement check in the mail? Other features include a new top of the line tankless water heater and a newly remodeled kitchen. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances including an LG refrigerator(included in sale), a five burner stove, large hood vent, and dishwasher. All cabinets pull out and are self closing. Indoor laundry accomodates a full size washer, dryer and utility closet. Kitchen has a large breakfast bar with matching stools included. Living room has a built in bar and is very spacious. Both bedrooms are master suites, one of which has dual sinks. Lights are on a dimmer and all rooms have ceiling fans. Toilets have dual flush to conserve water.
