Close to Fort Lee, I295/95 and shopping!! What a find in Chester a true 'Cul De Sac Lot' 5 bedroom home consists of 2 1/2 baths, living & Dining rooms have 'real' hardwood floors. Eat in kitchen has a breakfast bar with room for the table in front of the bay window to have those weekend breakfasts. Keep warm in the huge family room with the fireplace and french doors that lead out to the 2 tiered deck for those weekend cookouts. All full bathrooms have been renovated with tile floors and marble countertops. The walk up attic with the unfinished 512 SQFT can be used as a media room, rec. room or a bedroom. Oversized 2 car garage. Spacious landscaped back and front yard. Stove, dishwasher and microwave convey with the house. The heating is a hydrothermal which is cost effective. 

What I love about the home

This house is very spacious and kid friendly for all ages. As a woman the upstairs laundry room is most most favorite perk. My husband loves to lounge around the fireplace. We both love the fact that we are right in the cul de sac which makes great play for the kids.
