This charming Noe Valley corner home is an excellent condo alternative. Originally built in 1924 the home retains many of the details and charm of that era. Front door leads to a formal entrance, plus an unwarranted room perfect for an office with access to a beautiful slate patio enclosed with a trellaced redwood fence. There is also interior access to the garage and laundry. The Upper level central floor plan offers a wonderful formal dining room, a good sized living room with fireplace, 1 1/2 baths, an older modeled kitchen and an owner's bedroom with a secluded deck thru french doors to a hot tub. Also a second smaller bedroom or office. The home is cornered by 27th and Dolores. New roof and new windows.
Neighborhood Description
The home is 1 block from Church Street in Noe Valley. This wonderful neighborhood features a variety of restaurants that cover: Sushi, Chinese, high-end Italian and Breakfast/Lunch cafe's. Adorable neighborhood shops feature corner grocery stores, nail salons, antique stores to name but a few.
Noe Valley Playground is 3 blocks away - featuring playground/swings, indoor basketball court, baseball fiels and dog run.
Several blocks away is the iconic Dolores Park and Mission Dolores Church.
 

What I love about the home

1386 Dolores, a palm tree lined street at the corner lot at 27th Street. The south facing home with all day sun is just one of the benefits of living in Noe Valley. The home has a unique angular layout that ties back to old San Francisco when a train tressel once passed in front of the home.
