While short term rentals are okay, I prefer a longer term arrangement. Roommates should take turns doing chores; however, I like having a maid come by monthly to clean the bathroom and kitchen areas ($40 each) and surface clean the common areas and room if desired. The place is a gorgeous dream spot. I welcome dinner parties and occasionally have a large group of friends over for the game or a dance party; however, open communication is incredibly important here, as well as a healthy respect for each other and the building rules. Lastly, while I love pets, at this time, I'm not looking to live with a pet. My past two roommates had cats and I'm looking for a break. So sorry, but no pets.
