Lovely 3 bedroom ranch on large level lot. Perfect Family home. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, both have tile floors, living room with fireplace, dining room off the kitchen. Kitchen has a lot of cabinet space with updated cabinets. Tile in both bathrooms and mud/laundry room. Forced air gas heat and A/C. Newer 6 foot fence. Large backyard. RV parking (20 ft wide by 40 ft long) with electric and water hookups beside garage behind gated fence. Nice roofed outbuilding, 16' by 12' with electricity, not counted in sq ft. Use it for business office or storage etc. Grade school 1 block away. Close to other schools. Easy access to freeway and shopping. Close to Historic Clackamas River Road.

What I love about the home

Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Great RV parking very level. The outbuilding makes a children's dream come true. Back yard large enough for a garden, pond and play area all together. Close to schools
