Large living room in a 1 bedroom apartment at Fox Plaza, right on Market St. across from the Twitter HQ, in downtown SF.
It is a corner apartment with incredible views, one overlooking the big outdoor patio (the first thing I thought when I saw it: if you want you could throw a paper plane from the balcony, someone at twitter will be able to can catch it :)) ) and the other one overlooking twin peaks and the city all the way to the bay (I don't know about you but I love the ocean).
The whole Apartment will be on the market on Tuesday morning at $5500/ month but the price is locked in by Monday evening before the work hours end.
I am looking to rent it but I will need another roommate that can rent the pretty big living room (Basically it will be exactly what Fox Plaza calls a Studio - that''s what you will get from the whole apartment)
The roommates:
Me: I graduated from UC Davis law school and now I work in downtown.
I am very friendly and laid back, usually not home very often if I start to work which is very important and intensive and usually travel on the weekends.
This is a one time opportunity for this convenient downtown place as prices will go up by almost 80% with the market and this reservation will expire so move fast!!!
I am looking for a young professional, preferably that works in the area, relaxed and laid back, clean and respectful of others. Quiet and good living habit.
Rent will be $1800 and utilities will be around $50-60/ month. And I have bed, mattress here for you. They are totally new.
