What I love about the home

1) High and dry! (unlike the entire North half of Caloosa that stays 5" under water after a severe rain storm). 2) The tax savings and family estate protection that comes with having two homes on one homesteaded parcel. 3) Low insurance because it is NOT made of wood. Therefore, it can get cheap fire coverage, where wood frames in Caloosa can barely find any insurance company to cover them because we are outside of the FD response territory. Why do you think Caloosa wood frames are selling for less than the price of a vacant lot?
