My Notes

Behind the gated entry, you will find a gem of beach living at it's best. This picturesque property has two cottages and expansive outdoor areas. The Main Cottage has three-bedrooms and two-baths, fireplace and two flat-screen TVs. Just a few feet away is the Guest Cottage with one-bedroom and one-bath. Both Cottages have full kitchens which are completely equipped. The third structure, the Study, is equipped with a flat-screen TV and an HP e-printer/air-printer. All three bungalows are surrounded by lush landscaping and inviting patios. This is truly an oasis perfect for relaxation.Ideally located in the beach enclave of the the Village of Montecito, you are just a short walk to the gorgeous beaches of Butterfly Beach and Hammonds Beach. Butterfly Beach was named one of Fodor's Seven Best West Coast Family Beaches for 2012.The property is also less than a half-mile to Montecito's Lower Village. The Lower Village has been named the 'Rodeo Drive' of the American Riviera. Here you will find incredible shopping, art galleries, fantastic restaurants, and maybe one of the many celebrities that frequent Coast Village Road. Montecito is located just minutes from the city of Santa Barbara. Santa Barbara was named one of the Six Best Romantic Vacations by TripAdvisor. Santa Barbara is so named because of the exquisite Mission located there, considered to be the Queen of the California Missions. Be sure to include in your visit a trip to one or all of the many Santa Barbara's Museums; the Art Museum, Natural History Museum, Maritime Museum and more. If you are interested in ocean activities, take some time to visit both the Santa Barbara Harbor and Stearns Wharf. There, you can book a whale watching excursion, ocean fishing, a voyage to the Channel Islands or rent a boat and be captain of your own ship.Santa Barbara also has lots of hiking trails and don't miss a visit to the Botanic Gardens. It is both beautiful and educational. If you want to venture South, visit Carpinteria named the World's Safest Beach because of the sheltering effect of the Channel Islands. Further south is the world-famous Rincon Beach.Traveling North, in a little over 30 minutes, you can visit the Santa Ynez Valley. The Valley offers world-renowned wineries, beautiful mountain and Valley vistas, incomparable biking, great golf, California Historical sites and more.Neighborhood DescriptionMontecito Union School DistrictIncludes weekly landscaping, high-speed wireless internet and Directv.

What I love about the home

If you love capturing the salt-kissed air, the grounds are perfect for that. Spacious patios with lots of seating and dining areas. There is a fire-pit where you can gather in the evenings and share your day of fun-filled experience
