This unique cottage has real character! The beautiful original hardwood floors on the main level have just been recently refinished (3/4 inch red oak stained in walnut). The downstairs has new tile and frieze carpet. The kitchen has new large porcelain tile. Iron tubs refinished by Authentic Re-finishers of Mobile. 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths are on the main level and a full bath and 2 bedrooms are downstairs.
